Refund and Return Policy

Since we are selling digital downloadable products, virtual products (like coaching and workshops), and social media marketing services, refund is not applicable. Once the payment is made, it is final. 

Anyhow, if you encounter a problem with our digital products, we assure you that we will fix it, and send you a new digital product within 30 days. When you purchase our digital downloadable products, you receive them in PDF printable format, we do not ship any physical products to your home or office.

For virtual products such as coaching and workshops, refunds are not applicable if you are unable to attend for any reason. 

For social medea marketing services, we take complete advance payment from you for the work we have agreed upon to do together. After signing a work deal with you through email procedures (where we talk about our deliverables and work terms and conditions), sending you invoice, and receiving the payment from you, we don’t provide any refund! We provide you the service we promised to give you for the time decided by both you and us. 

For social media marketing services, we charge you a full advance payment for the work we have agreed. After signing a work deal with you via email processes (where we talk about our deliverables and terms and conditions of work), sending you an invoice, and receiving payment from you, we will not provide any refund. We provide you the complete service we promised you and for the time you set.
